Come join us on this hallmark eastern river! Clear cool water runs through some of the most biodiverse forest in the mid-Atlantic.
Laura will support boaters learning the Lower Yough with a progression through the Class 2-3+ rapids. Together we’ll practice skills and apply them, learn options for lines, and build confidence to come back and boat the LY again.
We will meet in the morning in Ohiopyle, PA near the put-in to the Lower Youghiogheny. After setting shuttle we’ll warm up then run 7 miles with a stop to eat, snack and rest.
